Mr. Weber has spent the better part of the last 2 decades working in the Traditional/Advanced NDE and Integrity Services sector from technician up to Sr. Management. His experience has been across the spectrum of analysis, documenting procedures, teaching, training, project management and advising companies on the use of various automated tools and techniques.

Mr. Weber has been active as Corporate Level III and technical instructor for several of Coast NDE’s Major clients in addition, having written in-house Technical procedures and processes for several clients.

Since 2001, Mr. Weber has been directly involved in all facets of the Teletest® Guided Wave Ultrasonic technology from operating the tool to marketing and research. As a certified GWUT analyst, Mr. Weber understands the advantages and limitations of technology and as such has been active in working with his peers and regulatory bodies to enhance the technology in our industry.

Mr. Weber has used his experience participating on several Industry technical committees for Operator Qualifications and presented technical papers on NDE/Integrity technologies and related subjects internationally, some of which can be reviewed in the news section of this website.

Duncan Dubé, B. Comm., PMP

Senior Vice President, Technology & Business Development

Mr. Dubé has spent 15 years working with organizations to effectively integrate data for reporting and decision making purposes. In addition to his extensive G.I.S (Geograpic Information Systems). background, Mr. Dubé was the lead architect behind the Data Input, Correlating and Reporting © Software and Database (developed for Direct Assessment Partners LLC) and has worked with industry leading pipeline companies to integrate the software with their Corporate G.I.S. systems. Mr. Dubé is a Project Management Professional and is tasked with providing tools to reduce paperwork, data integration and improve the quality of data reported from the field.

Pat Beggs

Senior Vice President, Construction Services

Pat Beggs has been in the construction industry since 1978. The expertise that Mr. Beggs brings to the table is first hand experience working around high pressure pipelines, excavation work, clearing and restoration of right-of-ways. In addition, Mr. Beggs has been extensively involved in fabricated & installed meter stations, mainlines, and working in and around Compressor Stations. Mr. Beggs and his crews have also provided assistance in ILI programs dealing with transportation, loading, tracking, receiving and cleaning of tools.

For the past five years Mr. Beggs has been actively involved in anomaly investigations and data gathering for integrity management and SCC programs. Quality and safety are two areas of focus for Mr. Beggs' and his team. This commitment has been demonstrated with an outstanding safety record and long lasting customer relationships. Mr. Beggs crews are staffed with employees who are effectively trained and operator-qualified for tasks performed.

Travis Hill, BS MET, Nace CP Level II

General Manager

Mr. Hill recently joined the Coast organization in September of 2006. He comes to Coast to Coast as a reputable project manager and integrity inspector.

Upon graduation from Michigan Technological University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology he began his career in the industry as a project engineer. During the past few years Travis has been diligently working in the ECDA field, performing and managing both indirect inspection surveys and direct assessment inspections. Travis brings with him an excellent background in pipeline integrity inspections and NDE principles being certified in both UT and MT.

Travis will be working closely with the Coast to Coast Management team and our clients in our expansion in the Central Region of the United States.

Matt Oldham

Controller

Mr. Oldham is a recent arrival from Southern California and comes to Coast to Coast with over 10 years of management, accounting, customer service, sales, and administrative experience. Mr. Oldham has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and brings a collaborative attitude to the Coast NDE Management team.

Mr. Oldham is responsible for all our accounting, corporate compliance and human resource management issues, all administrative staff and operational activities.

As a result of his skills and experience in managing administrative duties, Coast NDE management is free to concentrate on providing the very best NDE services in North America.

Mari Furlong

Reporting Coordinator

Mari has a multifunctional role as Administrative Support and Reports Coordinator.  

She brings over 10 years of combined experience in customer service, document management and office administration, which make her effective in supporting the company’s daily processes with organization and efficiency.

Her ultimate goal is the satisfaction of our Coast to Coast clients. She has an A.S. in Computer Science and combines her education, analytical skills, and extreme diligence to expedite the reporting process, and produce an accurate end product that is tailored to our clients needs.
