Coast NDE initiates fall 2006 dig program with Northern Borders Pipelines

Wilsonville, Oregon - September 3rd, 2006 - Coast to Coast NDE Services is pleased to announce the initiation of a fall investigative dig program with Northern Border Pipeline Company. Coast NDE started working with Northern Borders Pipleine company in early 2005, and has worked on several programs since that time.

The 2006 fall program will initiate after labor day and will utilize a single crew including our in-house Soils engineer - Mr. Blaire Stuart and a Senior UT,Shearwave technician.

In addition to the fall program, Coast NDE staff have worked closely with Northern Border Pipeline to develop and review Pipeline Integrity Technical procedures.
