Coast to Coast NDE is an NCCER certified training facility with Master Trainer Brian Snider overseeing all training and certification processes. • NCCER - A not for profit educational foundation created to address the workforce shortage and develop industry driven standardization craft training programs with portable certifications.

• Accreditation – Using the NCCER Contren® Learning Series and Skills Assessments is accomplished through a formal accreditation process, which is shown below.

• As part of the accreditation process, NCCER has developed the Instructor Certification Program (ICTP) and Master Trainer Certification Program.
• The Master Trainer is an individual who has been certified in accordance with NCCER’s ICTP for master trainers and is authorized Craft/Technician Instructors and technicians.

The Pipeliner Training and Assessment Program (PTAP) for Operator Qualifications for Liquid and Gas Pipelines. NCCER, in cooperation with American Petroleum Institute (API), has developed the Pipeliner Training and Assessment Program (PTAP). PTAP consists of Pipeline Curriculum and Pipeline Skills Assessments to qualify pipeline personnel under the Department of Transportation's (DOT) regulation for Pipeline Operator Qualification. The Pipeline Assessments are tied directly to NCCER's standardized Pipeline Curriculum and will determine qualification on selected covered tasks as identified by API and the industry.
