Non-Destructive Examination

Coast to Coast NDE provides industry leading training for all NDE technicians at our NDE training/testing center in WilsonVille, OR (outside Portland).

All Coast NDE technicians have been trained in the following:

• Non destructive examination such as Magnetic Particle
• Ultrasonics
• Liquid Penetrant
• Advanced methods of defect sizing and identification

All technicians are cross trained in advanced ultrasonics such as AUT and Guided Wave UT, and in-direct assessment integrity. All Instruction, training and certification is completed in-house by our two Level III instructors – Mr. Wesley Weber and Mr. Brian Snider. Mr. Weber and Mr. Snider are ACCP and CGSB level II certification in 4 NDE methods and both hold SNT level III certification in UT, MT and PT. In addition, Mr. Weber and Mr. Snider hold advanced training and certification in Advanced Defect sizing, Automated UT (ADUM), long range guided wave UT (Teletest), Remote Field Eddy current and pipeline integrity.

Coast Staff have been fully trained in all aspects of Dig Site Assessments.
